Yep ...we are all still patiently waiting for the day when the people from world's oldest continuing culture, holding the same legal rights as a rock on a track before 1967, the traditional owners of this land, are at least acknowledged in the Constitution of Australia as part of the development of a treaty and edge closer to true reconciliation.

40 Ft Whale, Kariong

40 FT Whale
There are several significant figures present including a 40 FT Whale a man, pitted kangaroo and many others to be found on scattered rock ledges in the nearby scrub and upon the hilltop on a tessellated surface. These include an impressive Daramulan identical to those south of the Hawkesbury. This site is easy to reach and is accessed via the Brittany Rd Fire Trail in Kariong.
