Yep ...we are all still patiently waiting for the day when the people from world's oldest continuing culture, holding the same legal rights as a rock on a track before 1967, the traditional owners of this land, are at least acknowledged in the Constitution of Australia as part of the development of a treaty and edge closer to true reconciliation.

Boree Road, Boree Track, Yengo National Park

This kangaroo engraving was left out of the publicly accessible records for this site. Extremely difficult to reach, particularly in summer, the walk is worthwhile yet challenging. This site, including a number of other significant engravings, is located somewhere near the corner of Boree Road and the Boree Track in Yengo National Park. Like other significant sites in the area a magnificent view of Mount Yengo is able to be had at the end of a long spur.
