248 Trail, Popran National Park

 Pair of Banded Eels

Some say this is an Echidna engraving

Feint engraving on tesselated platform

Large open meeting place with some stone arrangements

Appears to be a small bullroarer type engraving

The 248 Trail in Popran National Park is well worth a visit. The start of this trail is a short distance from the picnic area that contains some interpretative signs. This trail is well suited to mountain bikes and around a 60 minute return trip through some beautiful forest. The rock platform at the end of the trail contains many circle engravings that lead off in many directions.
