Kangaroo engraving
This collection of engravings were reported to the Sydney Morning Herald on the 16th April 1930 by a local resident. These were not recorded by WD Campbell in 1899. They are almost midway between Wagstaffe Point and Lobster Beach. They aren't easily identified unless you know what you are looking for. Included in the newspaper report were: Fish, Eels, Kangaroos and a snake. The snake may represent a Hairtail fish. This location is very close to a rock full of iron deposits and nearest the second maritime marker east of Wagstaffe Point. The SMH article can be accessed at https://goo.gl/xj9MKt
