Yep ...we are all still patiently waiting for the day when the people from world's oldest continuing culture, holding the same legal rights as a rock on a track before 1967, the traditional owners of this land, are at least acknowledged in the Constitution of Australia as part of the development of a treaty and edge closer to true reconciliation.

Rare Engraving, Woy Woy Road, Woy Woy

Rare Engraving - missed by WD Campbell (1899) and Mc Carthy (1983)
This rare engraving appears as a Kangaroo initially but is quite different. This site is located within very dense hakea scrub that has small patches of rock that are barely accessible. Without the precise location, rain and correct sunlight it is highly likely that you would miss this one as WD Campbell (1899) and Mc Carthy (1983) did. It is in the vicinity of the larger Woy Woy 'Rabbits site" heading SSW.
